Company Founding Background

In recent years, advances in generative AI and cloud computing have rapidly expanded demand for data centers. However, many challenges have arisen, including power consumption and heat management due to high-performance semiconductors like GPUs, as well as their impact on the surrounding environment. Our company was established to address these challenges by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and expertise to provide accurate advice. While the risk of disasters and fires is declining, safety measures for critical infrastructure such as data centers and semiconductor factories are becoming increasingly important from the perspective of supply chains and BCP. In the field of disaster prevention, individual responses are often made by each manufacturer, requiring cross-sectional, neutral proposals. Our company is a company that takes our customers’ perspectives and proposes and supports optimal disaster prevention and security measures. Furthermore, in terms of physical security, Japan’s “safety myth” is beginning to waver, with increasing threats such as destruction by foreigners, trespassing, and animal intrusion. Our mission is to work with our customers to identify issues and support their implementation in order to protect the safety of critical infrastructure.

At the same time, we are hearing urgent issues from the field, such as sluggish sales, difficulty in developing new businesses, and difficulty in formulating business and marketing strategies. We analyze such companies’ current situations from a management perspective and support them in formulating strategies and implementation plans. In some cases, we even accompany them through the implementation plans to achieve their goals.

At the same time, some companies struggle to develop the next generation of leaders and managers. Despite various training programs, their skills don’t improve. When work is involved, conflicts of interest arise, and people can’t express their opinions. We often hear such concerns. There are reasons and backgrounds for people who are struggling to improve. We provide easy-to-understand, compelling sessions that incorporate practical examples of basic coaching techniques. One-on-one mentoring, where you seek objective advice and have someone listen to your concerns, is also popular in Europe and the United States. We believe that having our representative, a former manager in Europe and the United States, as a mentor can be helpful, so we have added this to our services.
